We are a clean-mobility tech startup based in Brooklyn, New York seeking a talented Sales Manager to empower everyone to successfully adopt CLIP into their lifestyle. We’re building plug & play devices that upgrade any analog bicycle to an e-bike and creating the most affordable electric mobility platform in the world.

What you will do:

As part of our growth team you’ll play a crucial role in leading the team promoting and selling CLIP to our first customers in NYC and help build strong word-of-mouth traction for CLIP.


  • As CLIP’s voice you must ensure every interaction with the world is highly positive and memorable
  • Develop and implement urban demo strategies and tactics to attract new customers 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate high quality content to promote CLIP online
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to quickly identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with our product development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into future product updates
  • Lead the Sales team and report to COO 

Required Qualifications:

  • Has previously led and built a sales team with 2-5 years experience, preferably in the tech or bike industry.
  • Loves human interactions and field work 
  • Charismatic, tenacious and agile personality
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Appreciation for technology and proven control of digital tools
  • Passion for sustainability, clean mobility and biking.

Nice to haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications

Salaries and Benefits

  • Competitive salary with additional commissions based on result
